Free shipping is offered Australia wide. International customers can arrange orders by contacting the artist directly.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
For all pre order sales please allow up to 4 weeks before delivery.

JEWELLERY REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE

Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’.
If you do purchase outside of a sale period and select the incorrect ring size we are happy to exchange this for you within 14 days of purchase where stock is available and provided the piece is unworn/used and returned in its original state and in it's original packaging.
Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as Casey Burrill Art are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.
Please reach out via email within 14 days of purchase if you wish to discuss a refund/ exchange.

What is the cost of shipping?
​
Shipping for canvas only prints within Australia is free!
​
Contact the artist directly to discuss a stretching and framing quote if you'd prefer the artwork shipped ready to hang. A quote for shipping of framed artwork can be arranged for all orders outside of Geelong/Melbourne.
​
Delivery of framed artworks can be arranged free of charge for local Geelong/Melbourne orders.
​
Overseas orders will require a seperate quote through Pack and Send- this service has been very reliable and can ensure your artwork arrives to your door safely.
​
What is the expected time frame for delivery?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for high quality printing, professional varnish +
delivery- depending on your location and shipping arrangements.

Whats the best way to organise framing once my rolled canvas has been delivered?
Source a local framing company- they will be able to help you with a choice of frame in person and in most cases can assist with delivery + professional install to help make the process easy for you (please be aware this may be an additional cost).

How do I track my order?
​
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your art is on its way! A tracking number and shipping company will be provided.
Confirmation of delivery to door will also be communicated via email.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS

Casey Burrill Art does not take responsibility or cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged artworks and/or products.
​
Care is taken to make sure your goods are professionally packed and delivered safely, however if in the unfortunate event your parcel is damaged, please
-Notify the driver on proof of delivery
-record your findings by taking a photo of the damages immediately and notify us within 24 hours so we can begin a 'Damaged Parcel Claim' with the courier company.
Any lodgements outside this time frame won't be considered.

*Damage claims with Australia Post will need to be discussed with them directly. You will need to take the parcel and packaging into your local office.

If the artwork is damaged during transit I am happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Any redirection or return to sender charges will be at the customers expense.
​
Am able to return my artwork if I have a change of heart?
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges on specialty orders. This includes all prints ordered where the customer has chosen a custom product online, commissioned pieces and artworks purchased as part of a sale.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes!
Commissioned pieces are created with your vision and story in mind. The experience is a close collaboration from start to finish. The entire process from selecting the canvas, framing the piece and having the finished work installed in your home is completely customised to you.

Can I view your art in person?
Sure thing! A time can be arranged for artwork to be viewed at a local Geelong showroom.
